This position offers meaningful visibility and the opportunity to help shape the future of the quality organization.Job DescriptionImplement and maintain quality systems aligned with GMP, NSF, and BRC standards.Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance.Oversee document control processes and ensure accurate batch record review.Conduct internal audits and manage CAPA processes to address quality issues.Monitor supplier quality and ensure adherence to food safety and regulatory standards.Lead PCQI-related initiatives and ensure compliance with food safety programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and safety standards.Provide training to staff on quality systems and regulatory compliance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
