Job Description

  • Implement and maintain quality systems aligned with GMP, NSF, and BRC standards.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee document control processes and ensure accurate batch record review.
  • Conduct internal audits and manage CAPA processes to address quality issues.
  • Monitor supplier quality and ensure adherence to food safety and regulatory standards.
  • Lead PCQI-related initiatives and ensure compliance with food safety programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Provide training to staff on quality systems and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with GMP, NSF, and BRC standards in the dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceuticals industries.
  • Knowledge of food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with PCQI, CAPA, and internal audit procedures.
  • Proficiency in document control and batch record review.
  • Ability to develop and maintain SOPs and quality systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
