Apply today!Job DescriptionManage and improve quality control processes across manufacturing operations.Ensure products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, and internal quality standards.Oversee in-process and final inspections to maintain consistent product quality.Maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and documentation systems.Monitor quality metrics and drive accountability for results.Lead investigations into quality issues, nonconformances, and customer concerns.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Track trends and identify opportunities to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality performance, delivery, and cost reduction.Partner with operations and engineering teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.Coach, mentor, and develop quality personnel to improve performance and technical capabilities.Provide guidance and training on quality systems, inspection methods, and best practices.Build a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to achieve business objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
