With a collaborative culture and strong pipeline of work,, they offer the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while advancing your career in a specialized and expanding industry.Job DescriptionThe QC Specialist will be responsible for:Leading quality control across energy retrofit and construction projects.Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.Coordinating testing, commissioning, inspections, and quality documentation.Reviewing materials, submittals, and installation quality.Managing subcontractor performance and resolving site issues.Supporting scheduling, estimating, reporting, and client communication.Overseeing commissioning, M&V, and O&M processes.Assisting with audits, scope development, and business development activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
