Job Description

  • Lead all quality control activities on federal construction projects valued at $20M-$200M+
  • Manage project quality programmes from groundbreak through final closeout
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, documentation, and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications and federal standards
  • Partner with project leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain quality objectives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Control Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience
  • 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager, including 3+ years as Lead QCM
  • Proven experience delivering projects from start-up through punch list completion
  • Strong federal construction background with agencies such as NAVFAC, USACE, USAF, or USCG
  • US citizen able to pass a background check and drug screening
