Job Description

  • Lead all Quality Control activities for a $154M federal design-build project
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, documentation, and corrective actions
  • Partner with project leadership, subcontractors, and government stakeholders
  • Maintain quality programmes throughout demolition, construction, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Control Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager (QCM)
  • Proven federal construction project experience
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing requirements
