Job Description

The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will report to Project Leadership and be responsible for ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with federal quality standards, contract requirements, and project specifications.

  • Lead all project quality control activities on large-scale federal construction projects.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Control Plans.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, military, and contractual quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives to resolve quality issues.
  • Manage project quality reporting and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

For the Quality Control Manager (QCM) we are seeking:

  • Previous Quality Control Manager experience on federal construction projects.
  • Experience working for a General Contractor on government or military projects.
  • Proven experience supporting projects valued at $30M+.
  • Ability to manage quality processes on complex projects, including projects exceeding $60M in value.
  • Current Quality Control Manager certification.
  • Current EM 385 certification.
  • United States Citizenship.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally as project demands require.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with owners, federal agencies, subcontractors, and project teams.
