Job Description

  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure designs meet quality and compliance standards
  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures and documentation
  • Support PMP requirements and ensure adherence to customer quality flow downs
  • Deliver training programs and materials related to quality processes
  • Monitor and drive continuous improvement of systems and operational processes
  • Ensure supplier/vendor compliance with internal quality standards
  • Analyze quality data and provide recommendations to maintain and enhance standards
  • Perform inspections using various tools and equipment to verify product conformance
  • Take ownership of quality initiatives while working independently

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a quality engineering or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 or comparable quality standards
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
  • Hands-on experience with inspection tools, including CMM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset
  • U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
