This role partners with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality, compliance, audit readiness, and operational excellence through Lean and data-driven quality methodologies.Job DescriptionLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies to reduce defects and improve operational performance.Conduct root cause investigations, corrective actions, and nonconformance management to drive sustainable quality improvements.Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, control plans, inspection plans, and quality records.Support internal, customer, and certification audits while helping ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturing processes, support new product introductions, and resolve quality issues.Analyze quality metrics, process capability, and performance trends to identify risks, prioritize actions, and enhance product quality.Manage supplier and customer quality activities, including inspections, returned product investigations, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
