They offer a collaborative culture, investment in advanced technology, and opportunities to make a measurable impact on operational excellence.Job DescriptionDevelop, modify, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS and MCOSMOS to support inspection activities.Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, customer specifications, and technical documentation to establish effective inspection strategies.Design and implement fixturing, tooling, and measurement setups that ensure repeatable and accurate results.Perform dimensional inspections and verify product compliance against customer requirements and engineering specifications.Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gage R&R studies to validate inspection methodologies.Create and maintain quality documentation including Control Plans, Inspection Plans, First Article Inspection (FAI), and PPAP packages.Ensure process controls, quality systems, and documentation meet contractual, customer, and regulatory requirements.Partner with engineering, manufacturing, machining, and quality teams to resolve process and product quality challenges.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and compliance.Support a safe, organized, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
