Job Description

  • Improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality and operational data used throughout the organization.
  • Analyze quality-related data including non-conforming material, scrap, rework, customer returns, and production issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support Quality, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish reporting requirements and improve data collection processes.
  • Support data governance initiatives to ensure quality information is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
  • Document and standardize quality reporting processes to improve consistency and repeatability.
  • Assist with employee training related to data management, reporting standards, and system utilization.
  • Identify process adherence issues through audits and trend analysis while recommending corrective actions.
  • Generate reports that support audits, compliance requirements, corrective action programs, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Enhance visibility into key quality metrics and process performance to strengthen the overall quality system

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, quality, process improvement, analytics, or reporting environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Proven ability to organize priorities, manage projects, and drive improvement initiatives.

What's on Offer
