With significant investment in research, development, and advanced manufacturing capabilities, they offer an environment where engineers can make a measurable impact while contributing to cutting-edge technologies.Job DescriptionAnalyse quality, scrap, rework, and warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Lead root cause investigations using methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone, DMAIC, and Six Sigma tools.Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SPC systems, gauge studies, and process capability assessments.Partner with manufacturing and production teams to implement process improvements and error-proofing solutions.Drive corrective and preventive actions through successful implementation and validation.Lead supplier quality activities including audits, supplier corrective actions, capability assessments, and supplier development initiatives.Support supplier qualification, PPAP activities, first article inspections, and ongoing supplier performance management.Act as a key contact for customer quality concerns, field issues, and warranty investigations.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, production, service, and quality teams to deliver sustainable improvements.Participate in new product introduction activities to ensure quality requirements are incorporated early in the development process.Support internal and external audits while maintaining quality documentation and reporting metrics to leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
