MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Quality Engineer III should have:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or a related technical discipline).4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar technical role.Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) and working within regulated manufacturing environments.Working knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and compliance requirements.Experience with supplier quality and customer quality processes.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in electronics, industrial manufacturing, precision manufacturing, or similar industries.Certification in Quality Engineering, Six Sigma, or related disciplines.Experience conducting audits and managing corrective action programmes.Advanced statistical analysis and quality improvement experience.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year.Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributionPaid holidays and paid time offProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentInterested?
