Apply today!Job DescriptionSupport the development and implementation of quality control systems, inspection methods, and validation processes.Conduct product and process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.Lead and support First Article Inspections (FAI), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, and validation efforts.Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve product quality and operational performance.Investigate quality issues and nonconformances using structured root cause analysis methods.Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues.Utilize quality metrics and data to monitor performance and drive improvements.Support risk assessment activities including FMEA and other quality planning tools.Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain high quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.Help create and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, inspection records, and quality reports.Work with suppliers and internal teams to address quality concerns and improve overall manufacturing performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
