Job Description

  • Support quality and manufacturing processes in a precision production environment.
  • Review and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Utilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts, root cause investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Monitor quality trends and manufacturing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to improve product quality and process consistency.
  • Assist with measurement system evaluation, validation activities, and inspection methodologies.
  • Communicate quality findings, recommendations, and project updates to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to quality planning and support new product introduction activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of hands-on quality professional with experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, process improvement methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Experience utilizing statistical analysis and quality tools to evaluate process performance and drive improvements.
  • Proven track record of identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and improving quality outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, production, and leadership teams.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to contribute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within precision manufacturing, metal products, industrial manufacturing, or other highly technical production environments is preferred.
