They leverage advanced inspection technologies, robust quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies to support both new product development and ongoing production success.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain CMM programs to support new product launches and production processesTroubleshoot and resolve CMM programming, software, and hardware issuesTrain operators and team members on CMM operation and inspection processesConduct capability studies, MSA activities, and statistical analysis to improve manufacturing performanceLead control plan development and support APQP activities for new product introductionsCollaborate with customers on measurement plans, inspection results, and quality requirementsDevelop inspection standards, testing methods, and quality verification processesSupport production quality activities through dimensional inspections and product verificationPerform internal and layered process audits to ensure quality system complianceCreate and maintain quality documentation including FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, process flows, and control plansReview and optimize sampling plans, testing strategies, and process monitoring methodsApply GD&T principles to inspection planning, gage development, and process validationUtilize Minitab and statistical tools to support process improvement initiativesSupport supplier quality activities, audits, and corrective action programsParticipate in MRB reviews, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement effortsAssist with quality equipment implementation, validation, and trainingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
