With a strong focus on employee development, continuous improvement, and investing in modern manufacturing practices, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization where your expertise will be valued and your contributions will make a lasting impact.Job DescriptionQuality ManagementDevelop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, standards, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure consistent product quality.Perform inspections and quality audits on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to verify compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, control plans, work instructions, and process standards.Monitor quality performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and operational performance.Root Cause Analysis & Corrective ActionsLead investigations into nonconformances, production issues, and customer quality concerns using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, FMEA, and DMAIC.Develop, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure sustainable resolution of quality issues.Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased product reliability.Quality Systems & ComplianceEnsure compliance with applicable quality management standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate quality records and documentation to support internal processes, customer requirements, and audit readiness.Support internal, customer, and third-party audits by preparing documentation and participating in audit activities.Supplier QualityPartner with suppliers to establish quality expectations and resolve material or component quality issues.Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to verify compliance with quality requirements and drive continuous supplier performance improvements.Training & Continuous ImprovementTrain employees on quality procedures, inspection methods, and best practices to promote a culture of quality.Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving process capability, minimizing waste, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize manufacturing and quality processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
