This role will work cross-functionally to implement quality systems, analyze product performance, support testing programs, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and enhance quality standards, procedures, and control systems to support manufacturing excellence.
  • Investigate warranty claims and supplier-related quality issues, driving corrective actions and long-term improvements.
  • Ensure products and manufacturing processes comply with regulatory standards and certification requirements.
  • Design and oversee testing methods, process validations, and quality assurance programs to maintain product reliability.
  • Manage calibration and maintenance activities for testing and production equipment.
  • Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
  • Oversee customer complaint investigations and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to develop and optimize manufacturing methods and equipment.
  • Provide technical expertise and quality support across product lines.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or Design Engineering.
  • Experience supporting quality processes, manufacturing operations, and testing of electrical products; lighting industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, supplier, and customer teams.
