With decades of technical expertise and a strong growth trajectory, the company offers employees the opportunity to work on complex challenges while contributing to cutting-edge product development.Job DescriptionDevelop First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), PPAP submissions, and detailed inspection plans for incoming, in-process, and final inspections.Program and operate advanced inspection equipment, including Micro-Vu vision systems and Keyence measurement systems.Coordinate daily QA/QC laboratory activities, establish inspection priorities, and ensure products meet quality and delivery requirements.Train inspectors and develop work instructions, visual aids, and quality documentation.Partner with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Lead Material Review Board (MRB) and Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities while ensuring timely customer responses.Conduct root cause investigations using quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and Ishikawa analysis.Analyze quality data, determine sampling plans, and utilize statistical tools to support informed decision-making.Support new product development, automated inspection implementation, fixture design, and manufacturing yield improvements.Participate in audits, review customer quality requirements, and ensure compliance with quality management systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
