The company fosters a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionDevelop, maintain, and optimise CMM and vision system inspection programmes.Support new product introductions through measurement planning, validation activities, and quality documentation.Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities, including Gage R&R studies and capability assessments.Design and improve gauges, fixtures, and inspection methodologies to ensure product conformity.Create and maintain quality documentation, including FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, process flows, and quality alerts.Analyse manufacturing and process data using statistical tools to identify trends and drive improvements.Support APQP activities and participate in product feasibility reviews.Conduct internal audits and layered process audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.Partner with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns, corrective actions, inspection methods, and measurement correlation.Monitor production processes and provide technical guidance to maintain process capability and product quality.Support implementation and training for new quality equipment and inspection technologies.Drive root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action initiatives.Train and mentor employees on inspection processes, CMM operation, and quality best practices.Support continuous improvement programmes across manufacturing and quality functions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
