The Quality Engineer will drive product reliability and process improvements by identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions. This role is highly hands-on, working across production, engineering, and supply chain to improve quality performance.

Job Description

  • Investigate field returns and internal failures to determine root cause
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues
  • Analyze data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement containment strategies and countermeasures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain
  • Support development of testing methods, fixtures, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and visualization
  • Ability to create SOPs and quality documentation
