Job Description

  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure designs meet fabrication and quality requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures and compliance documentation
  • Support programme requirements and ensure alignment with customer specifications
  • Lead training initiatives on quality processes and standards for new and existing employees
  • Perform detailed inspections using specialised tools to verify product conformance
  • Monitor and drive vendor quality compliance and adherence to required standards
  • Analyse processes and implement improvements to strengthen quality systems
  • Maintain and enhance quality control frameworks and evaluation protocols

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering NEEDED
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a quality engineering or similar role
  • Strong understanding of AS9100 quality standards
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
  • Experience with CMM inspection processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
