Job Description

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure designs meet approved specifications and customer requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures and systems to ensure full compliance with standards
  • Support Programme Management requirements and ensure quality flow-downs are properly implemented
  • Deliver training on quality processes and documentation to new and existing employees
  • Conduct detailed inspections using a range of measurement tools to verify product conformity
  • Assess and manage vendor compliance with quality expectations
  • Analyse quality data and provide guidance to maintain and improve standards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and protocols
  • Work independently to manage quality deliverables with minimal supervision

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering REQUIRED
  • 5+ years' experience in a quality engineering or similar role
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 quality standards
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
  • Experience using CMM and other inspection equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset
  • US Citizenship Required
