Job Description

  • Partner with engineering and operations to ensure designs meet quality and compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, documentation, and customer deliverables
  • Perform inspections and testing to validate product conformance using various tools
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and quality controls
  • Ensure supplier/vendor quality compliance and support audits as needed
  • Create training materials and lead quality-related training initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
  • 2-5+ years of experience in quality or mechanical engineering
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality management systems
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Eligible to obtain a security clearance (U.S. Person requirement)
