Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout the production process.
  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to enhance product reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality discrepancies.
  • Perform audits, inspections, and testing to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on quality assurance processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production and quality outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

    • 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering or similar discipline
    • Bachelor's degree preferred (experience may substitute depending on level)
    • Strong experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
    • Experience with AS9100
    • Familiarity with quality documentation and audit processes (FAI, compliance packages, etc.)
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with customers
    • Experience within manufacturing or regulated environments is highly desirable
