Job Description

  • Develop and implement control plans to ensure manufacturing and inspection processes meet specifications
  • Partner with design and production teams to define quality standards, procedures, and inspection methods
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, including scrap reduction and process optimization
  • Investigate product and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct internal audits and lead corrective action efforts through to successful completion

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 required; AS9100 preferred)
  • Strong background in quality analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks (Six Sigma, DMAIC, DMADV preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance
