They are committed to delivering quality-driven solutions through Lean principles, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.Job DescriptionLead structured problem-solving initiatives utilizing methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone, Affinity Diagrams, and 8D investigationsFacilitate PFMEA activities and integrate findings into control plans, work instructions, and inspection plansImplement poka-yoke solutions and conduct process capability studies, measurement system analyses, and Gage R&R evaluationsMaintain visual management systems, KPI tracking, defect monitoring, and escalation processesDrive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives that support scalable manufacturing growthSupport and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 requirementsTrack, analyze, and report quality metrics including FPY, defect rates, customer escapes, COPQ, and DPMOExecute CAPA activities including containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, verification, and effectiveness reviewsMaintain inspection records, First Article Inspection reports, and nonconforming material documentationSupport internal, customer, and third-party certification auditsDevelop inspection and testing standards for incoming, in-process, and finished productsPrepare quality documentation and production records for customer source inspectionsParticipate in production reviews, new product introduction activities, engineering change reviews, and first article buildsProvide quality input during design reviews, process reviews, and manufacturing improvement projectsInvestigate and disposition nonconforming material while minimizing impact to production schedulesSupport supplier quality initiatives including supplier corrective actions, qualification efforts, and performance monitoringDevelop incoming inspection plans and maintain product traceability through ERP systemsLead customer return investigations and perform root cause analysis on product failuresPrepare Certificates of Conformance, First Article Inspection packages, and customer-required quality documentationRespond to customer quality inquiries, complaints, and audit requestsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
