They offer a collaborative environment where engineering and quality professionals have the opportunity to make a visible impact on both customer success and operational performance.Job DescriptionPartner with manufacturing and inspection teams to identify and resolve production-related quality issues.Lead investigations into customer and internal quality concerns through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Review contracts, purchase orders, and technical documentation to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are incorporated into operations.Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection plans, procedures, and work instructions.Act as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, auditors, and regulatory representatives.Support supplier quality initiatives and collaborate on issue resolution when required.Lead or participate in failure analysis investigations and corrective action activities.Conduct internal quality system and process audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102).Analyse quality and operational metrics, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Support new product introductions and production readiness activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
