Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to help ensure product and process quality across the facility. This role will oversee inspections, investigate and resolve quality issues, support corrective and preventive actions, and lead continuous improvement efforts. The engineer will also work closely with customers and internal manufacturing teams to address concerns, strengthen processes, and maintain consistent quality standards.

Job Description

  • Perform and support product inspections and quality verification activities
  • Lead corrective action investigations and CAPA initiatives
  • Manage customer RMAs and quality-related concerns
  • Collaborate directly with customers to address quality issues and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and submit PPAP documentation
  • Support quality system compliance and continuous improvement activities
  • Analyze quality data and identify trends
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve nonconformances
  • Assist with audits and quality documentation
  • Support ERP-related quality processes and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Hands-on inspection experience required
  • PPAP experience required
  • CAPA experience required
  • Experience handling RMAs and customer quality concerns
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems preferred
  • CMM experience, particularly MCOSMOS, is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
