Quality Manager - Aerospace - Jaffrey, NH

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.
• Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits while ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.
• Oversee nonconformance investigations, MRB activities, and root cause corrective action initiatives to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to quality inspectors and technicians across all stages of production.
• Champion continuous improvement programs utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and other quality methodologies.
• Ensure accurate quality documentation, inspection records, and complete product traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns and improve performance.
• Support supplier quality initiatives, including supplier evaluations and corrective action management.
• Develop and present quality metrics and KPI reporting to leadership, driving data-based decision making.
