Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:

  • Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee internal audits, inspections (incoming, in-process, final), and quality assurance processes
  • Manage First Article Inspections (FAI) in compliance with AS9102 standards
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions (CARs), and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and track quality KPIs, metrics, and management reporting systems
  • Generate and manage PPAP documentation, PSWs, and quality system record

The Successful Applicant

  • U.S. Citizenship (ITAR compliance requirement)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
  • Proven experience in manufacturing quality management within a regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality audit processes
  • Hands-on experience with CARs, FAI, PPAP, and inspection procedures
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data-driven quality analysis tools
