Job Description

  • Lead and develop the quality team, including supervisors and document control
  • Manage and continuously improve quality systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and collaboration

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in quality within manufacturing
  • Proven experience managing or leading quality systems
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and/or ISO standards
  • Leadership capability (formal title not required)
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
