Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence, the organization offers a stable platform for long-term career growth and professional development.Job DescriptionThe Quality Manager will partner closely with project teams and report into senior quality leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established quality standards while supporting successful project execution from pre-construction through closeout.Manage project quality control activities and ensure compliance with established standards.Coordinate with superintendents, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.Review product data and installation requirements to ensure manufacturer specifications and warranties are maintained.Administer Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, project logs, and construction documentation.Oversee inspections, testing activities, technicians, subcontractors, and quality-related reporting.Support project scheduling efforts by coordinating material lead times and installation sequencing.Assist with punch list execution, closeout activities, warranty management, safety initiatives, and jobsite quality performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
