In this role, the ideal candidate will further develop and managing the company's Quality Management System and will be hands-on with supporting problem-solving projects for quality issues.Job DescriptionDesign and implement a quality management system best suited for our business model.Develop, implement, and maintain quality-related KPIs for all sites.Manage and oversee the RMA process within in all North American manufacturing facilitiesOversee & participate in Customer Satisfaction activitiesParticipate in design for manufacturability activities for cost effectiveness & productManage & Maintain revision control on all production and quality documentation and records in accordance with best practices and business objectives.Work closely with vendors on quality issues to bring to a conclusion.
