They offer a collaborative environment where quality leadership plays a critical role in customer success, operational performance, and long-term business growth.Job DescriptionLead and maintain the site's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and applicable regulatory standards.Serve as the senior quality representative for the facility and drive quality excellence across all operations.Develop PFMEAs, control plans, and quality processes for customer programs.Establish, monitor, and improve quality KPIs aligned with operational and business objectives.Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to improve product reliability, reduce defects, and enhance overall performance.Manage the corrective action process, ensuring timely investigations, root cause analysis, and sustainable resolutions.Participate as a key member of the site leadership team, influencing strategic and operational decisions.Act as the primary quality contact for customers, audits, and quality performance reviews.Present quality system performance and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.Support business growth initiatives by partnering with program management and commercial teams during customer on boarding and new business opportunities.Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and staffing plans.Lead continuous improvement projects using data analysis, trend monitoring, and structured problem-solving tools.Champion Total Quality Management (TQM) principles across the organization.Support enterprise-wide quality initiatives, certification efforts, and best-practice implementation across multiple facilities.Perform additional leadership responsibilities as required to support business objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
