They offer a collaborative, high-accountability culture where leaders have a direct impact on customer success, operational excellence, and long-term business growthJob DescriptionLead and champion the company's AS9100 Quality Management System, driving quality culture, employee training, and procedural excellence across the organization.Develop, maintain, and improve quality processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures to support ongoing business growth and operational improvements.Monitor customer quality and delivery performance metrics, proactively addressing scorecard issues and maintaining strong customer relationships.Manage and maintain facility-wide calibration systems, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.Oversee supplier quality programs, conduct supplier audits, and drive supplier performance improvements throughout the supply chain.Partner closely with engineering teams to improve product quality, manufacturing yields, design validation, and product reliability.Lead First Article Inspection processes and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.Review customer contracts, quality requirements, regulatory clauses, and compliance obligations to ensure organizational adherence.Supervise inspection personnel and oversee final product acceptance activities, workmanship standards, testing protocols, and release processes.Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventative measures, and quality performance initiatives focused on zero defects and on-time delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
