Their manufacturing facility employs approximately 50 team members and maintains a collaborative, team-oriented culture.Job DescriptionMaintain and continuously improve the facility's Quality Management System (QMS)Serve as the plant Management Representative for ISO 9001 complianceLead EHS initiatives, employee training, and safety culture developmentConduct audits and ensure compliance with corporate safety standards and regulatory requirementsOversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspectionsDirect the control and disposition of non-conforming material and productsLead internal and external corrective action activities and ensure timely closureRespond to customer complaints and drive effective root cause analysisParticipate in APQP activities and support new product feasibility reviewsEnsure PPAP, FAI, and other customer qualification requirements are completed and submittedDevelop and improve SPC programs, material review processes, and continuous improvement initiativesLead and develop a team of Quality Technicians while partnering closely with production and engineering teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
