This is an organization that values partnership, both with customers and within their own teams, making them a trusted name in the rubber sealing space.Job DescriptionKeep the site's quality framework up to date and make sure it continues to work well day to day, acting as the main point of contact for the ISO-based systemPlan and run management review sessions, keeping records organized and sharing clear updates with leadership on how the system is performingSupport and grow a strong safety mindset across the plant through hands-on training and practical initiativesCarry out regular safety checks against internal standards and follow through on any gapsLook into workplace incidents to understand what happened and help prevent repeat issuesSet direction for product quality and ensure output meets agreed requirementsOversee product checks at each stage, from incoming materials through to final releaseManage non-conforming material, making sure anything out of spec is controlled and containedLead follow-up actions on quality or process issues and keep them on track through to completionHandle customer concerns in a responsive, solutions-focused wayWork with teams to keep documentation accurate, stored correctly, and easy to accessStay involved in new product introductions to assess feasibility and readiness, including early-stage reviewsSupport pre-production approvals as required by customersDrive continuous improvement efforts, including data-driven monitoring and review processesOperate with direct access to leadership to raise and resolve quality-related issuesTake on additional responsibilities as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
