The business offers a stable, team-oriented environment where employees are trusted with ownership, encouraged to drive improvements, and supported in developing their skills within a collaborative and hands-on culture.Job Description* Own and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), quality control processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.* Lead internal audits of the QMS and manufacturing processes, identify non-conformances, and implement corrective actions to drive compliance and operational improvements.* Collect, analyze, and report on quality data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Partner with customers to gather product feedback, investigate complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.* Develop and execute quality improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.* Establish and communicate quality metrics aligned with organizational objectives to promote visibility, accountability, and performance across teams.* Lead ISO and laboratory accreditation audits, annual recertifications, and coordinate with external auditing agencies to maintain compliance and certifications.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
