The company offers a stable yet innovative setting where quality plays a key strategic role.Job DescriptionLead and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and AS9100Manage audits, certifications, and compliance activitiesDevelop and control quality documentation, procedures, and manualsEstablish KPIs, metrics, and management review processesOversee inspections, internal audits, and First Article Inspections (FAI)Generate and manage CARs, PPAP documentation, and related recordsServe as the primary quality contact for customers and stakeholdersCollaborate with engineering and operations on ECOs, MRBs, and design reviewsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processesManage calibration programs for inspection and testing equipmentAnalyze and report on quality performance using ERP systemsTrain and support teams on quality standards and best practicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
