Job Description

  • Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and AS9100
  • Manage audits, certifications, and compliance activities
  • Develop and control quality documentation, procedures, and manuals
  • Establish KPIs, metrics, and management review processes
  • Oversee inspections, internal audits, and First Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Generate and manage CARs, PPAP documentation, and related records
  • Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations on ECOs, MRBs, and design reviews
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
  • Manage calibration programs for inspection and testing equipment
  • Analyze and report on quality performance using ERP systems
  • Train and support teams on quality standards and best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • U.S. Citizenship (required for regulatory compliance)
  • Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
  • Experience with audits, inspections, CARs, and FAI documentation
  • Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries (preferred)
  • Knowledge of machining, materials, and heat treatment processes (preferred)
