We're partnering with a growing electronics manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality systems, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across a high-performing manufacturing facility. This individual will play a key leadership role overseeing quality performance, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Develop, track, and improve quality KPIs to drive operational performance
  • Manage corrective action programs and root cause investigations
  • Partner with customers, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing data analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, and quality best practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of quality leadership experience with direct manufacturing environments
  • Experience working within ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, or comparable quality systems
  • Prior leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience within EMS, contract manufacturing, SMT, or box build operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement tools
