Quality Manager

• Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards.
• Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits while driving timely resolution of findings and corrective actions.
• Oversee non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence.
• Provide leadership and technical support to quality inspectors and technicians across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, inspection records, and full product traceability.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to embed quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support supplier quality initiatives, including assessments, investigations, and corrective action management.
• Analyse and report quality performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.
