Job Description

  • Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across two manufacturing locations.
  • Develop and execute strategies that improve quality performance, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain and improve quality management systems while ensuring compliance with industry and customer requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage supplier quality programs, audits, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to a team of salaried and hourly quality professionals while supporting succession planning and organizational development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 8-10+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous leadership experience managing quality personnel and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and corrective action processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments such as aerospace, automotive, industrial, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing.
