Their products support highly regulated industries where performance, reliability, and continuous improvement are critical to success.Job DescriptionLead Statistical Process Control (SPC) efforts across manufacturing operations to improve process stability and product quality.Maintain and analyze statistical databases, process capability studies, and quality performance metrics.Monitor real-time production data to identify trends, variation, and opportunities for improvement.Evaluate manufacturing equipment and processes through statistical analysis and capability assessments.Develop and implement effective SPC methodologies and quality control strategies.Train and mentor manufacturing and engineering personnel on statistical methods, problem-solving tools, and SPC software applications.Support and participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement initiatives.Serve as a key liaison between production, engineering, quality, management, suppliers, and customers.Generate reports and presentations on process performance, quality metrics, and improvement projects.Maintain Measurement System Analysis (MSA) programs and support calibration activities.Conduct Gauge R&R, stability studies, and measurement system evaluations.Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards including ISO 9001 and AS9100.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and quality data to support ongoing quality initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
