Job Description

  • Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in business and quality decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support manufacturing, operations, quality, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize reporting processes and improve data collection practices.
  • Support quality data governance initiatives to ensure information remains accurate, accessible, and actionable.
  • Assist with documentation of quality processes, customer returns reporting, and nonconforming product procedures.
  • Help establish data entry standards, reporting expectations, and best practices through training and process support.
  • Identify process compliance issues and recommend corrective actions based on data analysis and audit findings.
  • Provide reporting and analytical support for internal audits, compliance requirements, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance visibility into operational performance through improved reporting and quality system effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, Business Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience supporting quality systems, manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, or data analysis functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Quality, Operations, Engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute improvement initiatives successfully.
  • Experience with quality reporting, customer returns, corrective actions, scrap, rework, or nonconforming material processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, auditing, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
