Equivalent experience will be considered.Five or more years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Systems, or a related manufacturing function.Experience working within a manufacturing environment supporting quality systems and process improvement initiatives.Knowledge of NCRs, scrap, rework, customer returns, CAPAs, audits, or quality reporting systems.Strong analytical capabilities with experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and data-driven recommendations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and levels of leadership.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary of $130,000-$150,000 plus annual bonus.Opportunity to build and improve quality processes rather than simply maintain existing systems.Stable, family-owned company with strong employee tenure and long-term job security.Exposure to a diverse manufacturing environment including electronics, SMT, PCB assembly, molding, metal fabrication, and assembly operations.Ability to make a meaningful impact while supporting products used by first responders and public safety organizations worldwide.Interested?
