They offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation, operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvementJob DescriptionImprove the integrity, consistency, and accessibility of quality and operational data used throughout the organization.Analyze quality-related data including nonconforming materials, scrap, rework, customer returns, and production trends to identify improvement opportunities.Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that support Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, and leadership teams.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize processes and improve data collection methods.Support quality data governance initiatives to ensure information remains accurate, actionable, and audit-ready.Develop and enhance documentation for quality processes, reporting workflows, and system usage standards.Assist with training initiatives focused on reporting systems, data integrity, and best practices.Evaluate process compliance through audits, trend analysis, and performance monitoring while recommending improvements.Generate reports that support corrective actions, compliance initiatives, audit activities, and continuous improvement programs.Drive visibility into quality performance metrics and strengthen overall quality management processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
