Job Description

  • Lead and oversee quality control operations to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
  • Manage and develop a team of quality inspectors, providing coaching and technical support
  • Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Analyze quality data (NCRs, inspections, customer feedback) to identify trends and risks
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues
  • Drive supplier quality initiatives including audits, metrics, and performance improvements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Supervisor should have:

  • Experience in a quality leadership or supervisory role in manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of quality systems (ISO standards)
  • Experience leading teams and improving inspection processes
  • Familiarity with SPC, root cause analysis, and CI methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
