Job Description

  • Serve as the primary CAD resource for the engineering team
  • Create, maintain, and update CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation
  • Support new product development and existing product improvements
  • Assist with both R&D initiatives and on-site manufacturing support
  • Work with complex mechanical assemblies and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and production
  • Contribute to design optimization and continuous improvement efforts
  • Grow into a more senior design engineering position over time

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of CAD/engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (essential)
  • Experience designing complex mechanical assemblies
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain engineering drawings and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (strongly preferred)
  • Background in machinery, industrial equipment, or similar industries preferred
  • Hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the CAD function
