We're partnering with a large, established manufacturing company seeking an experienced Recruiter for a temporary assignment. The position is primarily remote, but candidates must live close enough to Casa Grande to support the site in person when needed.

Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions.
  • Build strong relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent.
  • Screen candidates and present strong, well-matched profiles.
  • Manage recruiting priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide occasional on-site support at the Casa Grande facility.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least five years of recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated maturity and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional sourcing, screening, and candidate-management capabilities.
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to commute to Casa Grande when business needs require it.
