Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with construction contractors, developers, and consulting firms.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of construction positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job intake through offer negotiation and placement.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified construction professionals.
  • Conduct market mapping and stay informed on industry hiring trends.
  • Provide clients with insights on talent availability, market conditions, and salary expectations.
  • Write and advertise compelling job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or account management preferred.
  • Construction industry knowledge or recruiting experience within construction is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems.
